Customer service sucks!

My name is Bernard Chan and just switch to Comcast, my complaint is about your Customer Service. They have set me for an appointment on June 8 and clearly told me that it's between 12 to 2 pm, 2:30 comes and still no Comcast so I decided to call them and they said that the time frame had been change to 8 am to 8 pm. Still patiently waiting until 4:30 so I decided to call them again and the reply I get is that they reschedule me for June 9 between 8 am to 8 pm. So it means that if I did not call I'll be waiting forever, they did not even make any effort to call me and inform me that they reschedule my appointment. So after waiting almost the whole day being stuck in my house, they did not show up, reschedule me for not giving me any reason and giving me the same time frame which is crazy 8am to 8pm REALLY!!! You guys need to replace who ever is in charge in handling Customer. I'm very unhappy with the service i'm getting the fact that i just switch to comcast, sure regretting it!
