Comast is providing us with horrible service!

Comcast -installation problems. I place my order for new service on 11-24-12 comcast could not get to me until the 12-3 12 which is not right. When the tech came out to my apt. He was there 3 hours then he stated it needed to be rewired and someone would contact me soon he did'nt know when. Two days later got a call from the wire guy said he was coming tomorrow. The wire guy came with an attitude walking in the door was horrible he complained the whole time that my building has three atics and it's so hard to find lines here. He did'nt put the protective shoe wear on when entered my new apt. Just did'nt care. Everytime the wire guy when out the atic he would keep walking in without knocking. Finally i had enough i called comcast and made a complaint while he was still here. This service comcast is providing now is horrible. After all that he tells me i did'nt need to be rewired sometimes when techs are too lazy to look just say that. Now you need to call and make an appointment so they can bring your equipment out. Are you kiding me it's been over two weeks and now this is not my fault and i have to wait. I did'nt get service until 12-12-12 and now i've recieved a bill for double for one month when i was promised the installation would be waved. I would rather go without cable because i've been with comcast for years and it seems like the bigger they get the worst they get. The ceo of comcast should go on that tv show undercover bosses and get out in the field and find out exactly what is going on. This is ridiculous.
