I bought a dimension 2350 computer from Dell in April. I started having problems with it at the end of june. I called technical support at the beginning of July. They were going to send out a technician. He never came. I called back. They told me I had to call him back. Then we had to wait for the part. They wouldn't exchange the computer for a new one. He finally comes and replaces the hard drive. Meanwhile I explain to customer care that I've been paying for high speed internet and payments on the computer and i would like credit to my account. He says he'll offer me a digital camera.
I tell him I don't want a cheap one. I state if it's not 3 megapixels or better just to credit the account. He states oh yes it's 3 mp's and we'll get that right out. Well I wait, no camera. I go to Dell online chat, they have no clue what I'm talking about but they put the order through again. The next day out of curiosity, I check the orde status. They put the order in for a 1.3 megapixel camera. So, i go back online and tell them that I don't want that, please credit my account. No they state we can't do that, so they cancel the order and I still didn't receive anything and now my computer won't burn cd's!!! Never again! Do yourself a a favor DON"T BUY A DELL!!!
