Well I haven't had my computer but about 3 months when it really started going bad, First day I got it and concected to the internet it had about 5 different virsus on it, I've had the same problem with customer service as every one else, This junk will drive a person crazy trying to get some one to fix it, Dell wouldn't even send any one out to my house, There reason being there isn't a rep in my area. I finally took it to a computer store and he had to strip the hole computer.
Of course I couldn't tell this to dell, It's still under warrenity. When I ask dell if I could get my money back because of it being only 3 months old they told me that they could only give me about 200.00 dollars back like it was a used car, I payed 6 for it, Does any one know if Dell is going to do any thing about this?
