Excessive fees, poor service and bad customer service

Enough is sufficient with Comcast. After 15 years like a client you'd believe I'd have discovered my training. This past year after I was prepared to change to Verizon Fios wire they included an excellent combination price to keep me. Today they leaped it by $ 45.00 (again). After I talked for their customer support to inform them I had been changing to Verizon that was CHEAPER they might have cared less, it had been ok see ya around! Extreme costs, bad service and poor customer support. Exactly what a marketing strategy.
