Verizon's Payment Office and Custoner Support truly Hurts.

I've had Verizon FIOS for nearly 12 Weeks today and that I am all set back again to Comcast. Why one may request.

Verizon claims Marketing of HBO and Cinemax free for A Few Months, after which begins receiving $22.99 monthly for no cause. Calling Verizon to obtain a solution and obtain a Credit is another Job alone, that I've quit calling them anymore, I take advantage of the livechat.

I once singed up for car statement reduction from my Banking Account, after which ceased this function on my account twice. Nevertheless hasn't taken influence and Verizon continues to be removing my wrong statement quantity from my banking account.

I'm so frustrated, therefore given up using their support that I'm prepared to proceed to Comcast around this coming week.

One-night my phone to Verizon Customer Support required almost 80 Moments, why? I named one support, after 20 units on-hold Repetition stated we just service NYC Clients. Offered me another range. Named that Quantity and waited another 10 Moments after which was used in another quantity which disconnected. So-called again and waited another Half An Hour, ultimately didn't get any correct solution.

Short & sweet, if you're able to do without Verizon, do not get it, their Customer support truly hurts...
