We've had the Verizon residential pack for nearly twelve months and also have required a in house support technology to repair several issues with FIOS Web and Television contacts for over per month. We've spoken to six customer support representatives within the telephone, waited for support appointments that never occurred despite we talked towards the "supervisor" nothing was done. We have attempted to work well with Verizon to solve the problems, but we just get a lot of snotty attitude in the phone service technicians, Verizon has got the toughest customer support division we've actually observed, they think the client is never correct.
