I sent my laptop to them and in a few days they responded with a written estimate. The estimate was inflated and included hardware that did not need to be replaced.
If you decide not to do the work it will cost you $69 plus return shipping. The worst thing is that there alleged diagnostics are not the real problem. I took my laptop to a local repair shop and got it fixed for $40.
I looked them up on the Better Business Bureaus website after the fact and saw that they had over 109 claims on file and based on BBB files, this business has a BBB Rating of F.
