Silvertag Did not recive item. Ripoff

I won one of the items and paid right a way with Paypal. I was wanting to know when my iterm would be shipped so i sent them a email and recived no responce. I tried to contact several times and had no luck. So i filed a complant with Paypal to try and get my money back.
