I was set up on auto renew with this company even though my contract expired. Company is trying to charge me $400 to cancel a contract that expired. I have also had several bad customer service experiences with this company, too many bad experiences to type it all out. Just look at their Better Business Bureau report and do a search on the web before even considering doing business with this company.
