In late january i purchased two computers from dell, one worked and one was a piece of junk. I begin calling dell for help.
Well, february went by, march, april, may and now half of june. I have made over 125 telephone calls at this point. Have spent over 40 hours on the telephone with dell representatives, and i still have a piece of junk.
In the last months i have did everything they have asked me to do to fix this computer, and 2 things was to take the computer apart and put it back together. Promise to god i had to take the computer apart and work on it.
Well finally i began talking to trisha, bonnie and big patrick about my computer. So patrick tell me he will send me disk that should fix my computer. So i receive the disk and it restores my computer to the orginal state. (junk)
