Ripoff items on E-bay Paypal won't help Atlanta, Or Decatu

I ordered several items totaling $330.00 on December 17. I have never received them. The only contact I have is through the e-mail. The last contact I had was April. She always has an excuse as to why my items have not been shipped.

Again, in April, she said my items were almost done. Still nothing.

I have never received my money back. Paypal won't help, and she is still "selling" items on E-bay.
She is a total fraud.
