Seller said he shipped some items but some were out out stock. Stated policy was that I could get a refund for the out of stock items. Then the seller kept trying to get me to to instead buy other items I did not want or take a store voucher. Some time passed, I could not get the refund for the out of stock items, and still had not gotten the items that supposedly shipped. I asked to cancel the remaining items that had not shipped and get a refund for those and the out of stock item. Seller again tried to get me to order different items or take a voucher. I opened a complaint with paypal. Seller said that he now could not refund the money because paypal doesn't permit refunds because of the dispute. Paypal says that is not the case and provides simple instructions of how to do the refund. Now seller threatens that he will not refund unless I cancel the dispute. Will not contact me through paypal so that paypal has no record of the communications.
