I purchased 7 Painted Ponies (figurines) from www.west7.com July 4. The total, $146.92, was immediately paid through payPal. They shipped 3 of the items to me and emailed that the other four were "backordered" and expected within the next 2 or 3 weeks.
After 6 weeks, I emailed to inquire about the 4 remaining items. I was informed by Sue Allen at iCreative.net, Inc/www.west7.com, that the items were still on backorder but expected within the next 4 weeks, but could not guarantedd that date.
Time passed, I called, emailed, and also sent a letter via postal mail asking for the remainder of my order. I never received any response. I have not received the remaining 4 items that I paid for - $70.34 worth.
Most internet companies don't take payment until the items are ready to be shipped, but not this one. PayPal was unable to help me, because I didn't notify them within their time limit.
It is now September - 14 months later - and still no response from this company.
