The rebate is just a scam to draw sales to their monitors, which they don't pay, they won't let you resubmit the rebates, and they make it sound like it is your fault, which it is not. They told me they never received it, strange how they didn't get both my rebates in two separate envelopes, I will not purchase any products from PC Mall Which sold me the monitor and they will not help with this, they have not returned a call like they said they would, so they have lost a customer, and x2gen has also lost a customer, they use every excuse to Not pay the rebate so they can make more money, I hope a class action lawsuit is in the works, cause you can sign me up
