I ordered several items from signature on 16 November. As of this date, 12 December I still have not received my order and my check for the order has been cashed. I have tried to contact the company by phone, but no one answers. Since several of the items I had ordered were meant to be Christmas gifts, I am very upset about not receiving the items, not to mention the loss of the money I paid.
