Complaint / review text:
I purchased 2 pet care items online at percaredirect.com and paid over $100 via paypal. After a few weeks of not receiving the items I had ordered, I emailed them. When I didnt receive a reply, I tried again, with a little more anger in my words. Still no reply. I have tried to call them, I have had friends try to contact them and nothing. I purchased these items last September (2006) and here it is October 2007 and still havent received these items, a return email, a refund or anything. I have filed a complaint with BBB of Deleware and am currently waiting on a reply from them. Just giving my dealings with this company to make you a bit aware or wary of doing business with them. For your safety, I recommend you DONT!
