Sent in laptop to be repaired in April. They redirected to Irvine California, this by the way was originally supposed to be repaired in my home state. We have called numerous times to find status of the laptop, and have gotten nowhere fast. We have gotten the run around almost everytime, and now they say it's lost, and supposedly they never recieved it. We have proof otherwise that they have infact recieved it.
We have two laptops made by Toshiba and have had numerous within the first year of purchase with BOTH of them. We HIGHLY recomend that you not purchase Toshiba Computer Products.
