I agree with Trevor Partner reporting about Dell's bad product. I had purchased a Dell Inspirion 1200 Laptop, in less than a year the hard drive went bad. Contacted Dell customer service about the deffective product and was told the warranty on the laptop was only for 3 months. I have used hard drives for 10 years with no deffect. Dell knows about the deffective hard drive and sold the laptops online at a discount evidence they are croock.

Positively agree with Trevor Partner when they said: " Your company now has a reputation for providing products that overheat (the recent laptop fiasco that, rather than issuing a recall, you have decided to embark upon a quiet replacement policy for clients who complain is such an example); it has a widely publicized reputation for rude frontline technical support personnel, and customer service personnel who have no grasp of the basic fundamental concepts of what customer service really means."

Online friends don't buy anything from Dell; cheap product and lousy customer service.
