I am so... Disappoint with Dell. I purchased my PC in 2006 Laptop Inspiron B1530 w/Windows XP. It has crashed 3x and now the warranty is up... Dell wants to charge me $49.99/$50.00 for teh. Service. Now this time I have BSOD... My hard drive has crashed and Dell knew of the issues with WindowsXP and the consumers are being left in the cold. Dell stinks and I will tell anyone, everybody, somebody that will listen not to buy Dell products with WindowsXP or any Dell products... Your customer service people are diffcult to understand and the help is less than adequate. The blog regarding Dell w/Windows XP is huge... So hopefully the next person whom will purchase a Dell will consider all the time on the phone with customer service and the PC crashing... My next PC will be a Hewlett Packard. Sorry I cant help you Dell...
