Inovation of head aches

Bought a supposed new X P S laptop from Dell, more trouble than the $2,600 hundred dollar cost in January 08. Parts missing, then a few months later, dell sent another hard drive, not of same brand as was original. Before the year was out, Dell replaced the hard drive 4 times.

This year, Optical drive went bad, and Dell sent a tech and replaced. A month later, another Hard drive sent by Dell waited for tech because also motherboard had to be replaced. All of this in less than 18 month, I have paid for in home service for 3 years, but this time tech came with new motherboard and installed the wrong systems motherboard.

Now I 'm getting the run around about when Dell will deliver replacement computer, though they refuse to replace new.

Instead want to send refurbished laptop. Warning DO NOT BUY FROM DEll, or you too may find you have an awfully expensive paperweigt.

I can backup all in this report because I also have every e mail since purchasing from Dell
