QPS Sucks!
I purchased their QUE! DVD Burner. I tried to install it and found out the install Cd was outdated. I called Tech Support &
waited 37 MINUTES to have my call answered! Unacceptable!
They stated they would ship me new software. Got the new Install Cd - NO INSTRUCTIONS OR SERIAL #! Called Tech Support again, waited OVER 30 MINUTES for a REP!!! UNACCEPTABLE...
STILL UNABLE TO USE THE PRODUCTI'm TAKING IT BACK
PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE IDIOTS - QPS stands for Quality, Performance, Service... Hahahahahaha
I guarantee they can't even spell those words let alone provide
them to anyone... Stay away from QPS... YUCK!
