Purchased anapod explorer, a software which the company claims to be able to connect to iPod, for 29.99$ a month ago.
Was sent a login link by an automated script, downloaded software. Although my Operating System and computer requirements match what is listed on their site, none of their software I purchased worked (one, Anapod explorer, did not even install, throwing an "Outdated installer" error on every attempt to setup, second - CopyGear - did not see the connected iPod, which iTunes sees alright, after installation).
Have filed a technical support request for the problem with "Outdated installer", did not hear back for two weeks (checked to make sure that their email is in whitelist in Google Mail). Contacted again - still no reply, software still does not install.
Tried calling. No response.
Sent email to billing asking for a refund. One week passed, no reply.
After a total of one month of total silence from their side, I firmly believe that this whole site is a rip-off, their only function is to charge your credit card and then give you links to a broken software. Try to avoid if you value your time.
