I needed help with my Nero 8 software so I called the Tech support # in the manual. I was told there would be a charge of $1.29/min. Once I was connected to a support rep. I entered my card info. And was on hold for 13 minutes, then the call was dropped.
The next day I was checking my bank acct. Online and found a $71 charge from Silicon Support Srvs.
I hope Nero Software has nothing to do with this scam! They need to know what's happening with the tech support# that's in their manuals.
