When I tried the Netscape Internet Service Free Trial - I was billed for 2 months of usage after cancelling using their internet service before the free trial period had expired. Their contact information is extremely hard to find and they charge a huge fee for using their phone support number. Never use netscape! Complete rip off.

Told that this was a 30 day free trial. They were unable to bill to my debit so they billed my phone number the exact same day I cancelled and was told they can't refund & call the phone company for the money back. Pittsburgh pennsylvania
