I signed up on internet for 9.95 a month internet service. When i hit send it said unable to process your request at this time
But yet they keep billing our bank account trying to get a free customer service number for them is hard.
To find callled and talked to somebody a couple of months ago explained I got no acess nos.
Already had to get service elsewhere the guy reassured me he would cancel and reverse charges and they havent plus keep billing us. This is wrong I went thru this with aol.com
I also have tried to send them feedback email from their suggestion and complaint area when i hit submit it wont go thru
