Netscape Internet Service
Told that this was a 30 day free trial. They were unable to bill to my debit so they billed my phone number the exact same day I cancelled and was told they can't refund & call the phone company for the money back. Pittsburgh pennsylvania

I needed to sign up for internet service fast so I chose Netscape. I was told this was free for 30 days and they would bill $19.95 to my home phone. I was having difficulty with the service so I cancelled the same day. I found out they billed my debit card for $23.00!

When I called to ask why I was billed and I wanted my money refunded they told me to contact my phone company.

Apparently Netscape has a third party involved who will take your money which leaves the company free from giving you your money back. I don't know who they are but I have been unsuccessful with trying to recieve my money and I also believe that they still are charging my phone bill for internent service i no longer have.
