ISP.netscape.com Try to cancel an account, almost impossible, phone number to call on the web page is not in service. Jacksonville Florida

I tried to cancel my internet dial-up account. I e-mailed them to tell them the phone number on the website to call to cancel one's account Is not in service.

How does that happen?

Anyways, they want you to fax them or to mail them in order to cancel an account.

I just thought it was a ripoff and purposely designed in order to make it difficult for someone to cancel their account.
