Charged $192 for DVD drive replacement and simple cleaning

Stupid on my part for agreeing with this... My DVD wasn't working.

For me to tell them my DVD wasn't working = $59

To clean out the dust inside the cpu = $20, I can get my house vacuum for that.

A new DVD = $70

Total cost after installation for a new DVD is $192.00

To remove two screws, plug it in and load a driver..

You've got to be kidding...
