I ordered two cartridges from InkBlvd. One was leaking all over the place when I opened package.ink stains spilled out on me. I called InkBlvd (1-866-465-2583) and spoke to a customer service representative, and then to her manager when she wouldn't cooperate in issuing me a refund.
I explained that I had ink stains all over me that wouldn't come off, and that I would like a refund. She demanded that I send the cartridge back in order to get the refund. I explained to her (the customer service manager) that I had to discard the leaking ink cartridge so that it wouldn't stain anything else.
She refused credit unless I returned it. I told her I had to throw it away. I talked to three people at InkBlvd. All of them refused to issue me credit for the leaking cartridge.
They refused to let me talk to anyone else there. I have
had to file a fraud charge with my bank.
