I ordered several color and black ink cartridges. The color cartridges were dried up and no good. I knew the price was too low when I ordered but I took a chance and was ripped off. I paid the bill anyhow and accepted the loss as a lesson learned.inkBlvd is now shipping me monthly shipments of cartridges and charging my credit card. I have refused delivery and returned to sender but the ink keeps coming. I have repeatedly asked the shipments to stop without action. They are refunding 60% of the charge for each shipment. I have not requested nor do I want these cartridges. I have left voice mail and they have not called me back. I have sent several e-mails and have not received a reply except the computer generated reply that says they will answer as soon as possible. (It's been 2 months). All I want now is for them to stop!
