Ripoff doesn't delive

I ordered an printer cartridge refill kit from Inklvd.com. When my package came I discovered that they sent me the wrong item, so I emailed them and explained the situation. I had to email them four times before they would even respond.

Finally they wrote back and said I had to send back the "faulty" cartridge at my own expense and then they would send the "new" one to me. Faulty?

Obviously this was a form letter and the Customer Service person didn't even read my email. So I tried a few more times to explain the situation when finally they responded with yet again the exact same form letter email. Unbelieveable.

It would seem that either they don't actually read emails, or the company clearly does not want to take responsiblity for their mistake. Or maybe they are purposefully being fraudulant.

So, now I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I still haven't heard back from Customer Service via email. I tried calling, but the line is always busy for some reason.

I just hope this report will help others from being taken advantage of by Ink Blvd.com.
