15 Nov I bought 3 inkjet cartridges (1 color; 2 black). The color cartridge worked pretty well; 1 black did not work at all well - smudgy and irregular. Therefore I did not use the second black cartridge. On the box it says, "EACH INKJET CARTRIDGE IS UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED AGAINST MATERIAL DEFECTS AND IS MANUFACTURED USING PRECISELY MATCHED NEW AND RECONDITIONED COMPONENTS."
On 20 January I sent an e-mail telling them of my dissatisfaction, requesting a full refund and shipping instructions for returning the cartridges. I received the following response from Camille:
"Subject: RE: Honoring your Unconditional Guarantee
Hello-
Unfortunately, since you ordered this all the way in November, it is already passed 30 days for a refund. On the other hand, I can go ahead and send you out a replacement for the cartridges that are faulty. Please write me back to let me know what you want done."
Maybe I don't understand the term, "unconditional"? Maybe they don't understand the term, "unconditional"?
