We current use ONLY Brother printers in our office. We recently purchased a color printer HL-4040CDN. Within a year of purchase we started to have reoccuring errors with our toner cartridges leaking. We contacted Brother about the issue and they gladly replaced our toners... This issue continued for 8 more phone calls and 8 more toners! When I finally got fed up and spoke to a manager after the 8th toner began to leak AGAIN; I was told that Brother would only replace my toner cartridge (with yet another DEFECTIVE cartridge) and refused to acknowledge that the printer had a problem. The manager told me to take my business elsewhere if I was not satisfied with the printer-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
