Recently I had some HP printer ink cartridges refilled at a local Walgreens. One of them wouldn't work, so I returned it to the store. The assistant manager told me that there was nothing she could do since it obviously worked when it was given to me and perhaps I did something to ruin the cartridge. When I lifted the small bag with the cartridge, it slipped and I dropped it on the counter. She then loudly accused me of trying to accost her, and then ordered me to leave her store and threatened to call the police (an empty threat at best). I contacted the district manager and corporate customer relations, and two weeks passed with no response. Don't waste your time refilling printer ink cartridges at walgreens. On second thought, don't waste your time at Walgreens. I no longer do.
