Toner and Ink Internet Company offers POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & SMALL REFUNDS!

I ordered toner and ink from this company for 2 separate businesses. The toner was fine but 1 of the 3 inkjet cartridges was damaged. I tried to install 2 of the cartidges (the printer takes 2). I opened one package and set the cartridge down on the desk not realizing it was damaged and leaking. I opened the second package and tried to install it in my printer when I realized they were all the wrong cartridges. I had ordered wrong. I repackaged the one and, when I went to repackage the other, that's when I noticed the ink leaking. It had leaked onto some graduation announcements that were on the desk. I tried to repackage it as best as I could.

In the meantime, the owner of the second company noticed the charge on his account and asked me about it. I didn't immediately recognize the name (it's different from the web address name) so he called just to ask what kind of company it was. The man who answered was very rude and berating. I tried to talk to this person also. He was rude and berating to me. I tried to explain that all we were doing was trying to figure out what the charge was for because I didn't immediately connect the names. I believe I was talking to the owner of Newpronet.

I called to get a return number for the product and explained to the woman I talked to what had happened. She faxed me the form with the info I needed to return the items. It did state that the boxes must be unopened but I didn't think anything of it because I had told her I had opened them and one was damaged. I shipped all 3 back.

I called today to find out where my refund was. I believe I was talking to the owner again. Once again he was very rude. He said he refunded the money for one cartridge but couldn't for the opened ones. I explained one was damaged when I received it and it ruined some graduation announcements. He then went into a rant about how he had to pay for shipping to send them to me and there's a "restock" fee for returns and yada, yada, yada. A RESTOCK FEE for these little ink jet cartridges?

It cost me only $4 to ship all 3 cartridges back to this company. I originally paid $65.85 when I bought these from him. He supposedly refunded me about $20, which my bank shows no record of. So he has my 3 cartridges and I'm out about $70. Do not use this company!
