I gave my computer to Best Buy to send in for repairs on December 20th. They said it would be fixed on Jan 1st. I had my doubts; especially after talking to a few people.
January 1st came and went, no computer. I asked them to give me a reasonable estimate of when I could expect to receive my computer. The corporate customer service number that I called gave me a date of January 14th.
Today I get a message that my computer is ready to pick up at the local Best Buy Store. The message comes from an employee at the store! They give my name and say I need to pick it up soon.
They could not locate my computer when I arrived. I had the store manager listen to my "call notes" message stored on my answering machine.
He says she made a mistake; called the wrong customer!
Who wants to bet that my computer will not be ready on the 14th of January!
