I bought my computer Sept with Sam's club which in turn bought it from dell. Everything was going good but last Wednesday my computer will not start properly it will go to the windows load screen and will not get past that. That same day I called dell customer service and let me tell you the WORST customer service ever. I had to repeat myself like 30 times got hunged up on 3 times and after 1:30 hrs the technician which he was in India after remotedly getting into my computer to get it fixed said that the computer needed to get wiped out and reimaged and I told him that I had some really important info that i needed to back up. He told me to get my data backed up and give them a call back to have my computer fixed i even talked to the manager because he wanted to make sure i knew i had to call back to get my computer fixed. Got my data backed up and called back on friday and the customer service told me that they cannot locate me in the computer with my service tag or express code that i needed to register my computer and that department was already close good 24/7 customer support NOT! I called today again and after an hour on the phone they took my information AGAIN and said that i needed to wait 5-7 days for them to solve the issue. God knows if its really going to get fixed plus what are they doing with my information as many time as I give it to them, scared they going to used it for bad. So here I am using my cellphone which works better that a Dell computer. If i get this computer fixed this was my last time buying a Dell computer will prefer to go with HP instead.
