I tried the free trial for a friend. I could not fix the computer that I wanted them to use to connect to the internet and decided to cancel Wal-Mart's service. After being connected to an outsourced individual who barely spoke English and having a conversation I could not understand and repeating over and over that I could not understand her, I was under the assumption that I had cancelled the service. Apparantly not, as several months later, I am still being billed. How convenient for them to make me go through the process again. I am aware that this is a deliberate marketing strategy, hoping that people will give up and just live with the credit card billing rather than go through the hassle again and again. I will be contacting my credit card company and contacting the Federal Trade Commission with my complaint. If need be, I will cancel and have my credit card reissued.
