Purchased the computer 07/28 at store number: 092, Invoice number: 023445514-001. Computer never worked. Returned computer on 08/01 to store number: 092. I was told that computer would have to go to service or else I would be charged a 15% restock fee. Computer went to service. Called by service on 08/09 and told that computer would be ready for pick up at store number 092 on monday, 08/12. I have talked to store manager, customer service agents, salesperson, etc. All Conn's wants is a "#5" thats all anyone is interested in! And they are insistant on a 15% restock fee.in the State of Texas there is a 72 hour "Buyers Remorse" Law and I returned the computer that never worked within that time frame. I am retaining an Attorney and I am bringing Law Suit against Conn's for charging me $270.00 for re-stock fee.
