I was told that they are a authorized repair center when I purchased the warranty program! From the floor to upper management they all promised me! I filed a report with the BBB inquiring about the authenticity of their claims. They responded to the BBB, they said that they were not authorized to repair apple products. An Employee had opened my computer and pulled out my laptops hard drive. Case notes prove this. Best buy acknowledges the mistake. Offers to replace my computer. I pick computer up from store. Problem with fans, return computer to store. Since corporate paid for the computer the initial cost was $0. They took my computer and I wasn't offered a replacement.??? Now I am not allowed to call them. Now they want a purchase history! After they bought me the computer? So Disappointing.
