I had ordered a "nutraceutical" product and also had a requested a "free sample" of another product which the company produces. I later received two more boxes of this free sample product which I did not order and my credit card was charged $70. I contacted the customer service dept. Of the company but I was told they cannot make a refund on this product. Needless to say, I feel very "ripped-off"!
