I ordered a free, pay shipping and handling, sample of eye cream from Glow.com. When my free sample arrived it was full size along with another product and a statement that I would be billed for 96.00. It also stated that I would receive a new product every 2 months for the same low price.
I know a ripoff when I see one. So, I contacted my credit card company and had my credit card number changed. A simple solution to what might have been a time consuming problem.
I'm debating: do I actually have to pay to return unsolicited product now that I won't be paying for it. Not sure what I'll do. I do know I will never order another free sample of anything again.
