I ordered this product because they advertised a free sample with paid shipping. Before I even completed the sample, I found my bank card was being debited for $89 for another supply which I had not even received yet.
When I called the customer service number, I was told that it was in the terms of agreement. Obviously I missed that part of the offer. When I told them I want my money back, I was told I had to send the product back - which had not even arrived yet. The rep. I spoke to was also very rude to me over the phone.
I have not noticed any results from this product, but I haven't completed the sample, and now that I'm being charged for additional product before I've had a chance to evaluate its effectiveness, I don't plan on giving the product any further chance!
I have learned a valuable lesson, and I hope others will realize that offers of free sample is likely to mean free until they are able to automatically begin deducting your debit/credit card for full amount without further consent. And to recover that amount one will have to spend additional shipping costs!
This is a horrible way to run a business! If the product is really as great as advertised, they would not have to resort to such tactics; the consumer would be more than willing to reorder on their own and not have to have the product forced upon them!
