Like many more, I had been scammed by the corporation. I requested a "free test" on 7/9/04. I ended online exactly the same evening, after I observed the fine-print about being registered for extra deliveries instantly. I've the internet verification termination site, however it does not supply any type of determining number.
I called customer support, and also the registered msg recommended me to stop online, that we had done previously. I had been subsequently charged $4.90 for that "free test" that I never obtained. On 8/6 I was charged $70.00 for the NEXT shipment, which should have been cancelled, and was also never received. I named customer support again, they stated that I'd need to show I terminated by sending them the verification page from my online termination.
I notice from additional grievances that pursing further motion together could possibly be considered a waste of period, and so I've submitted a complaint with my condition attorney-general, and you will be arguing the costs (using a scam criticism) through my lender, and altering my CC range.
