I ordered a free sample of Triclear from their website. I was charged $6.95 for the free sample. Not only did I not receive the free sample for which I was charged, but I was also charged $69.95 for the product 20 days later. I cancelled within the 30 day period.
I called customer service to rectify the situation, (after being on hold with a recording for 10 minutes) only to be told there would not be a refund because I did receive the product according to their confirmation. I asked to speak to a manager and was told everyone there is the same. He did offer a callback within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive that as well.
Consumers beware, this company is a huge Ripoff!
I am in dispute at present with my bank and Triclear.
