Took money out of my checking account and refused to pay for services. Turnersvillle

Have called Ben the man that sold me the insurance and he will never return my calls. My Dr. Cannot find any affiliation with this company (National Alliance of Associations) so that they will pay for services renderd. All of the calls I have made are never returned or never answered.
