On 10/2/07 i enrolled for family health insurance with national alliance of associations. The fees where taken out of my checking account totaling $494.10
On 10/4/07 i had an family emerg and had to cancel the policy. I was told the money would be refunded in full. On 10.29.07 i received a letter from national alliance stating i would be receiving my refund check within the next 20 business days.
I called several times, about every 2 wks. On 2/27/08 is was told a check had be issued but not sent do to funds not available, but the check would be sent as soon as funds became available. Legal issue. I march of 08 found out the phone had been disconnected.
