Affinity Health Group, National Alliance Associations, Fla. Dept Of Insurance Reports Misrepresented, withdrew from bank account and never paid claims

In response to the lady from Orlando regarding National Trade Association, National Alliance and the many aka's they have... I have also reported to Fla Dept of Insurance... They are still trying to contact these people... This is a New Jersey Based Company that has a ring all over the country... By using third party administrators... They have been fined in several states and have cease and desist orders in several states... I know there are many people who, Like myself, have been ripped off by these crooks... The State of Florida and Feds need to take them down... A class action law suit would be nice... They keep changing their phone and fax numbers... And never give you an address... Write a letter to the FCC and complain about the faxes...
