Terrible Customer Service

My spouse and that I requested a couch and an ottoman directly after we got married since we'd no furniture. Therefore in July we put the purchase using the sales person. And he told us it'd be 6-8weeks, we believed it had been alittle long but determined it'd be worth the delay! Then six months folded by, we asked what happened. The client support woman was really rude to my spouse and stated she's no idea why its not completed, and he or she doesn't have method to contact the manufacturer! Then we ultimately get our couch but no ottoman! They'd no idea where it had been. It got another a few months in order for them to have it to us so when it came it had been the incorrect SHADE!!! So that they delivered us a different one also it was the incorrect SHADE again!!! Therefore we ultimately had them provide our money-back (for that ottoman) after 10 weeks of discomfort and pain, NEVER LOOK AT LA Z BOY AND ESPECIALLY NOT THE ONE IN TUKWILA CALIFORNIA! They're all so rude there and never helpful at-all.
